NEHILIM is founded and led by two complementary co-founders, Moshe Bellaiche and Hadar Wayn. Moshe is an AI-focused technologist with hands-on experience in artificial-intelligence development, applied machine learning, and software engineering. Hadar is a data-driven, customer-focused product leader with principal-level product-management experience across IoT, AI, defence, and enterprise SaaS. Together they blend deep technical capability with rigorous product and business discipline.
Moshe Bellaiche

Moshe has spent over 20 years at the intersection of product development, solution architecture, and enterprise technology. At SeekingAI.net he designed end-to-end RAG-based AI pipelines, integrated transformer models on GCP and Vertex AI, and shipped full-stack products on React and Node.js.
As Director of Technical Sales at Q-nomy he drove international SaaS expansion across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, architecting multi-tenant AWS solutions. At SES Satellites he owned the Cloud OTT white-label TV platform from vision through go-to-market.
His twelve years at Ericsson as Solution Architect and Media Product Owner saw him pioneer the company's TV product line in Israel and lead a multi-million-dollar network tender. At Orange Israel he launched the world's first Visual Voicemail product — a pattern of industry-first innovation that defines his career.
Hadar Wayn
Co-Founder
Hadar brings over 15 years of product leadership spanning IoT, AI, cybersecurity, defence, healthcare, fintech, energy, and enterprise SaaS. At Ayyeka he leads product strategy for IoT and cybersecurity solutions serving critical infrastructure worldwide, coordinating roadmaps across firmware, cloud, and mobile.
At Upland Software he owned seven B2B SaaS enterprise-messaging products over six years. At IAI (Israel Aerospace Industries) he built real-time AI decision engines for homeland-security, C4I, and maritime applications — rare first-hand grounding in autonomous systems under mission-critical constraints.
Earlier roles include VP of Product at Emerald Medical Applications, GIS Business Analyst for the IDF C4I Corps, Head of GIS at the Israel Ministry of Defense, and six years in GIS R&D at the Israeli Air Force — deep expertise in spatial analysis and cartographic systems.
