NEHILIM is engineered from the ground up with security, privacy, and regulatory alignment in mind.

Data security

All platform data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Role-based access controls and audit logging are core to the architecture. We are designing the platform to meet SOC 2 Type II requirements.

AI governance

Our AI components are classified as minimal or limited risk under the EU AI Act. We publish model cards for every AI component, including intended use, limitations, and foreseeable misuse. The platform is designed to align with ISO/IEC 42001.

Data privacy

NEHILIM collects only the operational data needed to run missions. No personally identifiable information is shared with third parties without consent. Our data practices are designed to align with GDPR requirements.

Drone & aviation compliance

Robee operations are designed to comply with applicable civil-aviation-authority requirements for unmanned aerial systems, including no-fly-zone enforcement and automatic safe return-to-base protocols.
